The ISF portable lightweight workout sled is made to make you faster and stronger.  This workout sled only weighs 4 pounds so it is designed for taking your speed and agility workout to places where a more traditional work out sled just will not do. 

This athletic sled is portable, it can be folded up to put in your gym bag and taken outside to the park, to the beach, or to the field. The loading capacity is up to 500 lbs using 1" or  2" .  This is a great piece of portable, functional fitness equipment.

This portable fitness sled includes both a harness for pulling and handles for dragging.  No weight plates are included with the sled, however any weight plates with 2" holes can be used.  Plates are easily fastened onto the sled and remain secure.  

The ISF Portable fitness sled is designed to be used on smooth surfaces like mats, turf, grass, sand, and dirt.  The sled should not be used on rough surfaces like concrete or asphalt where a more traditional workout sled (like a Dog Sled) is more suitable.  The ISF Lightweight Portable training work out sled can be pushed, pulled, or dragged and comes with a 90 day limited warranty.
